Should your luggage become unusable, Ricardo Beverly Hills will, either repair or replace the luggage free of charge. If the luggage is to be replaced and it is no longer available, Ricardo Beverly Hills will replace it with a comparable one. This warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, cosmetic damage (i.e. scratches or stained fabrics), or incidental or consequential damages such as loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time or similar expense.
